LaBruja (span.: die Hexe) ist eine bildende Künstlerin mit deutschen Wurzeln und internationalem Herzen.
Ihre Lebensstationen in Europa, Südamerika und den USA spiegeln sich in ihren Arbeiten wider. Sie entstehen aus Eindrücken, die sie in Ausdrücke ihrer Emotionen und inneren Welten verwandelt. Dabei bewegt sie sich zwischen Abstraktion und Gegenständlichkeit, zwischen Leichtigkeit und Schwere, zwischen dem Hier und fernen Welten.
Jedes Bild ist eine Einladung an den Betrachter und vermittelt zwischen der Welt des Außen, des Innen, des Eigenen und des Fremden. Und manche machen einfach nur Spaß.

Her life experiences in Europe, South America, and the USA are reflected in her work. Her art arises from impressions that she transforms into expressions of her emotions and inner worlds. She moves between abstraction and figuration, between lightness and weight, between the here and now and distant realms.
Each painting is an invitation to the viewer, mediating between the external world, the internal, the familiar, and the foreign. And some are simply fun.
